7. Caught Red Handed
As the man exited the dining hall with his backpack of stolen food, Sergeant Hughes pointed a flashlight and a gun at him and yelled “get on the ground!” Shockingly, that’s exactly what the man did.

Candy fell to the ground as he began to kneel down. Officer Diane Perkins-Vance was at the scene, so the two of them handcuffed him to a chair all without a fight. After getting a closer look, they noticed his skin was pale and his glasses were outdated. He didn’t have an ID and didn’t answer their questions.
