Christopher learned to love his new home. Sometimes, he’d trip over rocks or wet ground, but he utilized whatever nature gave him in order to survive, especially in times of desperation.

He found ways to be resourceful. For example, he’d melt snow in his hands and then drink it to stay hydrated in winter. Also, his floor of magazines absorbed water, and if needed, he could harvest water from them. Then again, there were a few things that nature couldn’t give him.
