MC Hammer
You may know MC Hammer from his big hit “U Can’t Touch This.” Soon after the hit was released the rapper had $30 million in the bank- he went on a shopping spree, and declared bankruptcy while he was $13 million in debt, in 1996.
Before Hammer went broke, he bought a $1 million mansion, where he made $30 million worth of adjustments to, and he staffed 200 people in his home. He also bought a horse stable and he kept 19 racehorses.
With his numerous lawsuits and his unrestrained spending- it’s quite easy to see how Hammer quickly and easily fell into hot water with money problems.
