Pizza itself is not unhealthy but the majority of ways that it is prepared by fast food outlets makes it a no-no after exercise. Most pizzas are packed with processed toppings and cheese which are high in fat and hard to digest. A single ten-inch pizza can have as high as 1200 calories. A female needs approximately 2000 calories in total per day. Avoid most pizzas!
