The extra calories and saturated fat which accompany fried food are detrimental to you, especially after a workout. The rush of carbs will soon fade leaving you with little nutritional value and a hunger which needs to be satiated. Avoid fast food after a workout as you will end  up very hungry very quickly and the nutrition is near nothing at all.
