18. Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are a painful and embarrassing condition arising from inflammation. Make a paste of a crushed banana peel and one tablespoon of witch hazel. Soak strips of gauze in this mix and then apply to the painful area for thirty minutes at a time. Repeat this twice-daily for the best healing effects. It will reduce the pain, swelling and inflammation.
