10. Aspirin

Regular Aspirin contains salicylic acid. This acid is extremely effective at destroying the dirt and consequent bacteria which is at the root of acne and pimples. Crush an aspirin and mix it with just a drop or two of water. Apply this paste to your acne, pimple, whitehead or blackhead and leave it overnight. Use this remedy a few times a week and you will be pimple free.
