Celery

Celery is an extremely low-calorie vegetable that’s great for weight loss, and it’s actually one of the easiest foods to regrow. All you need is a bowl, warm water, and the base from a bunch of celery. Simply place a bowl with about a half inch of water and the celery base in direct sunlight. The celery will grow faster the more direct sunlight it gets. Over time, you should notice that the leaves begin to thicken and that the celery turns green again. When this happens, plant your celery in a pot of soil and tend to it until it’s fully regrown.
